A NEW downtown in Chesapeake is here and growing! I spent my whole life saying that Chesapeake never had a downtown and it’s finally changing! In this video I’ll go into the new downtown in Chesapeake, called Summit Pointe, what’s there and coming to the area and revitalizing Greenbrier in Chesapeake. Also I’ll be talking about the real estate areas nearby that will be most affected by this new downtown!
